Nordic Agro Summit

Speakers on EU policy, energy and agricultural research

Nordic Agro Summit has announced the first seven speakers in its conference programme ahead of the event at Malmömässan on 27–28 January 2027. The confirmed speakers include Daniel Zeichner, a former UK minister responsible for food security and rural affairs, researchers from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), and experts in energy, property and livestock farming. Registration for the conference is now open.

Nordic Agro Summit is aimed at farmers, researchers, suppliers, innovators and decision-makers. The conference addresses issues affecting the economics, technology, energy supply and production of Nordic agriculture. Its programme is organised into three strands: economics, technology and chemistry.

“We have built the programme around issues that influence the decisions farming businesses make today: energy, investment, research, production and livestock farming. By bringing together perspectives from politics, research and business, we want to give participants information they can use to make decisions on their own farms,” says Vincent Lind, Project Manager for Nordic Agro Summit.
