The event floor is full of exhibitors and innovations. Here, you will get answers to who you will meet and how you can best get in touch with them.
The exhibition floor is full of exhibitors. When we release the exhibitor list, you can see them all there. The hall plan and stand list will be on a large sign in the upper entrance, and there is also the option to scan a QR code to have the entire exhibition on your mobile.
If you and an exhibitor have a good conversation and want to exchange more detailed information, the exhibitor can scan the QR code on your Smart Badge from the exhibitor’s phone and the exhibitor can make notes that will facilitate future contact.
The Easyfairs Nordic app makes your trade fair experience simple, smooth and efficient – before, during and after the trade fair. The app is more than just a scheduling tool, it becomes your personal assistant.
Discover exhibitors, find new business contacts and book meetings directly in the app. Plan your days, mark which speakers you don’t want to miss and stay up to date with live information from the event. With the app in your hand, you have full control over your visit and can focus on what really creates value for your business.
We want to make the event experience as smooth as possible for our visitors. That’s why your name badge is not just a name badge – it’s also your digital business card. Each exhibitor has a Smart Badge reader. When you hold your name badge up to the reader, you and the exhibitor exchange information. At the end of the day, you get a summary of all the exhibitors you’ve “blipped”. The exhibitor in turn gets your contact information and can then easily send further information. Sometimes you click a little extra with an exhibitor and you may want to exchange more detailed information with each other. The exhibitor can then scan your name badge with their phone and make notes that make it easier for future contact.
